Residential/Commercial cleaning - detail cleaning such as baseboards, windows, laundry, oven / refrigerator cleaning. General housekeeping as well as floor care and carpet cleaning. We use non-allergenic cleaning products. We also offer home organization such as garage and basement clean-out.

We offer Initial Clean for residence that have not been cleaned or maintained for at least the last six months these are very detailed and customer specific. The rate is usually $55 per hour with a three hour minimum. These are three people teams with each person having an area of specialization.

We have a maintenance package which covers general housekeeping. Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, kitchen wiped down and dishes washed or put away. Bedrooms dusted, linens changed or beds made. Living room/ dining room dusting and all rooms to be swept, mopped or vacuumed. Trash removed. These usually range between $70 to $150.

We have specialized cleanings where there is one main focus or job such as waxing all hardwood floors only, cleaning windows and baseboards only, and stove / fridge clean outs these are generally flat rate jobs done in accordance to customer requests. Price varies according to job detail.
