Nikki has been our dogs' surrogate mother for almost 7 years now. We can not imagine a more professional, committed and dependable caregiver. Our dogs are like our children and she treats them the same way. We consider her a member of our family and can't imagine our life without her support. If you are lucky enough to become a client of hers, you'll see what we mean.

NOT QUITE SURE WHAT "MERCEDES" IS TALKING ABOUT, BUT WE HAVE BEEN USING NIKKI FOR OVER 5 YEARS NOW AND HAVE NOTHING BUT HIGH PRAISES FOR HER. WE HAVE 2 DOGS OF OUR OWN THAT SHE TAKES CARE OF AS IF THEY WERE HER OWN; SHE IS THERE WHENEVER WE NEED HER, DAY OR NIGHT; SHE TAKES THEM BOTH WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I GO ON VACATIONS (SOMETIMES FOR 2 WEEKS); MY DOGS ABSOLUTELY ADORE HER (AND HER FAMILY) AND WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WE WOULD DO WITHOUT HER............SHE HAS BEEN A LIFESAVER ON MANY OCCASIONS!! NIKKI IF YOU SEE NEGATIVE POSINGS DON'T PAY ATTENTION......YOU ARE THE KINDEST, MOST GENEROUS, AND SWEET NATURED PERSON WE KNOW!!!

We have been using Nikki's services for over two years. We were reccomended by our neighbors who use her services and all we can say is that she is a delight. She is always on-time and goes above and beyond what is asked of her. She's caring and treats our little guy like on of her's.
Living in a community, we dont have the luxury of having our own back yard, but luckily she has a beautiful backyard that is fully fenced in so our little guy can run around freely. Whenever he comes home he's so tired all he wants to do is sleep. We are very lucky to have her as our dog walker!

Called Nicki awhile ago and THOUGHT that I had made an appointment for 9AM today. When no one showed up and no one answered the phone after the "appointed"time, I was disappointed, so I called around to find another. I'm really under the gun with moving and my work. I made a mistake.

Nicki called back later and said that because I mentioned that she didn't show up that her "reputation" was at stake with care.com. NOw, other people called her and let her know that I had told them that I was disappointed. She then had the opportunity to let them know that I ad made the mistake, not her. She chose to refuse the work "because of what I said to others in her business." Quite frankly, IF she had wanted the work,he would have been able to defend herself to her peers (and I did apologize) and might have worked it out with me. And really quite frankly, Nicki sounded a bit tepid with the first phone call when i mentioned that I would want ww visits a day. I may be wrong, but if she had wanted the work, we could have talked about it. Now, I'm looking for a cat sitter because someone chose to be offended and if NIcki is right, no one in the area will take on the job. Too bad. If I treated my patients that way, no one would be taken care of.
