They just plain suck. They've changed their name again, making 3 different names; Cleopetra, Fur Babies, and Dog In Suds. They get horrible reviews all over the net (wish I had done better research and knew of all other names before wasting my time and money!). The owner, Tim, has no clue how to groom a dog, worst haircut ever (like seriously looks like a drunk monkey cut it), VERY rough handling of my tiny dog, and charged WAY more than I was quoted! Contacted Suzi, thinking she was the owner, having no idea who Tim was until reading other bad reviews, thought he must be a new hire and that his boss had no clue how awful he was at this. Was told they would send their real groomer, Jamie, to fix it but that she's booked solid so they would have to get back to me. Followed up but told the same thing. Almost a week later and no resolution so I asked for a refund and got no response. Just avoid them at all cost.
