My name is Eric Wenja and I am the CEO of Divine Hope Home Care LLC. We are a new start up private home care agency based in Gwinnett County and servicing all the counties in the state of GA. We are looking for patients in GA who need home care services and are willing and able to provide those services to them for a minimal out of pocket fee or for free.
We provide comprehensive in-home private home care services as defined by the Department of community services. These include, nursing services ( medication administration, BP monitoring, wound care, diabetes management etc), errands, shopping, personal care, grooming, medication reminders, etc.
We have two seasoned RNs with many years of experience and many caregivers who are well trained and ready to go above and beyond for our patients.
