This agency pretends to be able offer everything you need, but as time passes you'll find that they do not operate with honesty & integrity. One aide was very unskilled and u professional so. She cried a lot and apologized around the clock. She broke my hospital bed table and she broke 3 dining room chairs because of her weight. She consumed my food and sodas regularly. She was not clean. She was actually grossly nasty. Often I had to ask her to put on gloves before performing tasks. She wanted to sit and watch tv & talk on the phone. She reported to work late daily, did not call to inform and cried often for unknown reasons. Be sure to find out if the aide will be able to perform the tasks needed for the patient. The agency allowed her to get away with TOO much!!! This was a bad experience.

Divine Angels provides exceptional service for my mom. Cary is always on time. They communicate with me every step of the way. The company President is so sweet and understanding. I wouldn't let anyone else perform care on my mom, as they are the best.
