From the beginning, Mr. Feddy was very kind and patient with us, and he really took the time to make sure we knew and understood the entire process. Oh, and a special shoutout to Nurse Gene! Such a sweet and kind woman! From her very first in-home visit, all of us felt so at ease with her. She is very knowledgeable in her field and has been such a great resource whenever we have any questions regarding medical concerns or just general healthcare questions. It's easy to see that she loves what she does and that she's happy at the agency she works for as well.

In my opinion, you can't just pay for this kind of quality of care, it just comes when people actually care about others and the services they provide. If you're contemplating whether or not you should go with Defyd- just do it! You won't regret it!

This agency is one of the few that, needs commendation for outstanding care and patience. They are currently caring for my mother who is paralyzed waist down and needs special care. They have been able to change my mother's frequent changing of agencies due to unsatisfactory care.
