Hi Tanya, very disappointed 15 minutes your neighbor said, remember I would take several bed linens, sheets and towels to my house to wash in my large machine because yours weren't big enough and I couldn't turn over in the amount of time it would take me to wash at least 4 loads in your washer, I did not charge for that either, my washer/dryer, my time and detergent, your neighbor did not know this, when a customer plugged the laundry sink I also stayed and cleaned that up because the washing machine wasn't working, I took my time because you weren't in the area to try and find a plug outlet that worked to try to resolve the washer problem but you had to hire a plumber, you had good reviews on the cleanliness that I did, I'm not perfect and when you cleaned and found things wrong I told you before you hired me I would come and correct and even if your tenants did I would correct, very disappointed as I though we had a communicating relationship as well but it wasn't.
