READ BEFORE YOU CONTINUE WITH THIS SERVICE!! I scheduled this company to deep clean my house and steam clean my carpets. They told me that it would be easier to pay in advance and that there would be a 24 hour customer service guarantee. Let me just say that this was by far the worst deep cleaning job that you could expect. Additionally the company said that they did not have time to do the steam cleaning for the carpets because they had another job to get to yet they still charged me for the extra steam cleaning fee. When I told them that I was not at all satisfied with the job they told me that they would not come back and would only give me a partial refund of $40 which wouldn't even cover the additional $70 steam clean fee that I pre-payed for (which she did not even attempt to do). The lady claimed that she was misinformed of what needed to be done when I specifically told her that I was moving out and needed a deep clean and steam clean for the carpets. When I got in contact with the owner of this company he was absolutely no help. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I HIGHLY recommend going to a different company if you need a deep cleaning and steam cleaned carpets for your home. This experience was awful and the customer service was even worse.

loved them! they were very thorough and took the time to find out what i wanted. Their prices were also very reasonable. would definitely use them again.
