BEWARE. I recently had a horrible experience with this company. I had contracted them to clean very specific parts of a rental I own but when then tenants showed up for move in, the unit was not clean. Only one item we had agreed to was actually clean. I then had to go to the townhouse and clean for 2 hours myself so my tenets could move in. The floors were not swept or mopped, appliances and cabinets not wiped down as agreed. Fans and window sills filthy, even though we discussed doing this in advance and it is outlined on the invoice. I even sent them pictures. What's worse is that even after I contacted them, they never called me back and still charged my card! I have disputed this with my credit card company, but what a hassle. Save yourself the trouble and get a company that will do what is right when they make a mistake.
