The other person who left a review (Tony C) is one of the owners pretending to be a customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They make promises they don't keep! BEWARE!!!

NOT TRUE. It is a card sent from a 70yo client who is not computer literate and gave permission to post. As far as this contact Rita, she called on Wed & I said I would try to swing by property later that day but worked till 12:30am. She called Thursday evening at 9pm and said I was getting back to her Wed evening. I explained and never promised that. She degraded all Sussex County small businesses by saying to me "If I had a nickel for every small business in Sussex County that did business like this, I'd be rich" As she insulted me and all small businesses, I explained I am a working owner, but she interrupted me as if to interrogate me asking "You mean to tell me you didn't know you were working that late?" At that point, I started to suggest she call another business, but she felt better interrupting me by saying
"F_ck you" "You loser" and hung up. I immediately called back and she screamed "loser" and hung up.
Now, how grateful for me to realize this woman must be a nut case to treat anyone like that over the phone, knowing nothing about me.
If she thinks the world revolves around her over cleaning 12 windows at her Breakwater Estates home over servicing long term, year round income clients, already on my work schedule, she truly needs to put herself in check. I guess if my price was right, she is nutty enough to bring herself from Wilmington this weekend and have me cleaning her windows during todays Nor' Easter.
So my thoughts are to other businesses BEWARE of this CRAZY lady named RITA from BREAKWATER ESTATES in Rehoboth DE

Finally, I have found a professional in this industry. Tony & Geno have an impeccable reference list, they are conscious as to their high standard of clean. I do not allow just anyone in my home with their own entry key. Trust, good service, and the right price is what these guys are all about! I'm lucky to have found them, weeding out all the others who are not reliable, consistent or trustworthy.
