I have used this service a couple of times in the past and I was completely satisfied, she would text and let me know how the "kids" were doing. However, this last time I left and came back to my dog with a severely broken leg. My husband picked him up and she said he hurt his leg.. and her daughter had given him a bath and she thought that had made it worse.... I never received a phone call while I was gone. I rushed him to the emergency clinic and they said that he would need orthopedic surgery. I messaged her and told her and she replied "I knew he hurt it". The cost was over $1,500. I know that accidents can happen, but she hasn't even called one time to check on him nor did she give me the consideration to call and tell me that he had hurt his leg. I could have given her my vets name and number to take him too. I will not use again.
