I wouldn't recommend this care agency. Looking back I feel like GL Kim sounded like the best car salesman I've ever heard but when the caregiver showed up they didn't do everything promoted, like check the blood pressure before meds and after, follow her with a transport chair when she walked for a safety catch nor willing to work with us as agreed afore with the hours we felt she needed for care but argued and wouldn't listen which made me feel like the focus was money. The owner didn't show up to pick up my grandma and take her home as told, and the primary doctors appointment was pushed out further when it could have been done the next day as discussed as a walk in. We canceled the care because she lied multiple times, escalated the situation, and gaslighted my grandmother. She was vindictive and called DCF of which her case got closed within 24 hours because I know my grandmother way better than she thought she could get away with. Watch out for the fake lady Kim! Kim is the most disrespectful boss I have ever had. I would never trust her with any of my loved ones. She talks down on her employees and on her clients also their family to her employees. I have never worked in such a dysfunctional and unprofessional environment. She doesn't take care of her employees. I was beyond shocked when she hired me over text message and sent me to clients houses before even meeting me. Kim sent me to 2 separate clients before even meeting me. I only met her 1 time in person and that was after working for her for about a month maybe a little more. I could have any type of background or been a threat to the patients. Good thing I wasn't and I know how to take care of patients and do my job. I have been in the medical field for YEARS and I was getting paid under everybody else and I'm the other employees that had any type of experience or certifications or licenses for this field .I was shocked to wake up and see that my last paycheck was taken from me due to the fact that I had an emergency situation and had to leave the state. I would never recommend this company to anybody to take care of their loved one or even watch their pets. And I would definitely not recommend working for this company unless you want to get used and abused
