We exist to enrich senior care and help improve the traditional caregiving industry by preparing seniors and their families to consider, plan and manage independent lifestyles through home care.

STEP 1 - Whether you or your family have reached us by phone or email; or referred to us by a case manager ordoctor, a Geriatric Care Manager along with one of our esteemed caregivers schedules a visit to your home.<br/><br/>STEP 2 - The Covered Caregiver team performs an interview and care assessment with the goal of designing a custom care plan. This is a time where all your questions will be answered, concerns put to ease and a chance to build rapport with that particular care provider.<br/><br/>STEP 3 - Your custom care plan will determine what services are required to meet you or your loved ones need.
