Courtland Healthcare Services have been caring for my aging mother for the past 2 years. Prior to using them my mother was unhappy and constantly complaining about the agency that was caring for her at that time. Now she is happy and rarely complains about her care. The Manager really took into consideration my concerns for my mum and made sure she matched her with a wonderful person that genuinely cares and treat my mother like hers. Very professional and proactive. Very good communication and great customer service. Only reason I took out one star is just because there is room for improvement for any business.

I've been with courtland for more than 2 years now. I absolutely love my caregiver she's really nice with me and helps me with my chores and errands. Reminds me to take medication. She also takes me to my doctors appointments. Overall, I have a really good experience with Courtland . The ladies in the office are always very polite with the clients and always try to help.

They train us well to take care of our clients as best as we can. They schedule monthly staff meetings to give us updates and remind us that taking great care of our clients is our mission. We have used Courtland for many years for home healthcare for our daughter and the care has been outstanding. They are very professional and caring and they work hard to find competent caregivers in a timely manner.

I used them for more than a year ! I found they expected the client to manage the home health care giver ! The employees sleep on the job ! Do not know what to do for you ! Most were just sitters ! They don t manage or train their employees ! They don t always provide help for the days you have paid for in advance , and no make up hours ! No refunds ! Very poorly managed company ! They are caring and concerned , just not into management ! Employee rode by my home clocked in as working and went out to get breakfast ! Cheating me and the company of 37 minutes each day she was here ! Dangerous if you expect someone to be with your loved ones !
