County Home Care is an in-home service provider that assists seniors, individuals with disabilities and families. We are dedicated to helping our clients lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of their own homes by carefully assessing and fully understanding their needs and selectively placing trained personnel to meet these needs. We provide a unique community-based service that assists our clients and allows them to remain safe and independent in their own homes. Our caregivers are carefully screened(national criminal background checks and drug testing), trained, bonded, insured, supervised and selected on the basis of their experience and their commitment to caring for people at home. Our caregivers are caring, courteous in nature, committed to care and eager to help.

Our screening process is based on hiring only those who we would have in our own home caring for our loved ones. We treat you like a family member. We are not a large national franchise but a small privately owned company that focuses on the well-being of our clients. You deal with real people not a Corporation. We are passionate about the services we provide and take pride in our responsiveness and our ability to provide our clients with individual attention. Our services are flexible and can be arranged for as little as a few hours a week or as many as 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Our caregivers can help with a wide range of activities including companionship, meal planning, preparation, and clean-up, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, shopping, travel planning, as well as escort to and from appointments and events. Our caregivers can also assist with mobilization (moving/lifting & exercising), Personal care (bathing, showering, toileting, nail and hair care), Autism care, Diabetic care, Arthritis care, Cerebral Palsy care, Post Stroke Care, Surgery recovery, Cancer Care, Multiple Sclerosis care, Dementia/Alzheimer's care, Parkinson's care, and Huntington's care if required.
