I had my grandmother here for two years when they were under this name and then their new name - Arabella of Kilgore. The food was awful and the maintenance was lacking. It was a challenge ever getting the driver. In short - be aware of the services you are seeking and see if this facility really meets your needs. I would never put a family member in there again.
