We hired Concordia Cleaning to clean our house. They said they required a $100 deposit but charged my card $200. They cancelled on us twice hours after they were supposed to be at our house. I paid for childcare twice. Additionally they charged my card, said they would refund the money and never did. I have attempted to contact but my phone calls are sent straight to voicemail. Still trying to get my $200 back. I do not recommend unless you want to give away your money.

We hired Concordia Cleaning Services on a trial basis for janitorial services and were so impressed with their services we went under contract with them. The staff is super easy to work with and always makes sure we are happy with the quality of services we are receiving. Concordia Cleaning Services has always gone above and beyond the call of duty, doing so much more than we could have ever asked.
