I hired this company for transportation to a medical procedure two weeks in advance. I gave them my credit card. I called at least 4 times stressing how important it was and they assured me they had it taken care of. This morning no one showed up. I immediately called and left a message. 10 mins called again and the clueless employee answered and said she would call and find out when they would arrive. 10 more mins, I call back and she says she texted her, but no reply. This person did not even have the decency to ever once call me. After calling her 4 times, I gave up . I spent all day yesterday, prepping for this procedure and it was very painful - all a waste I will have to do it again. This company sucks. They have endangered my health! Think twice before you trust this company to provide you or your loved one services!
