I was a employee in this company this company don't care about there patients they only want money I had a clients that need care immediately call the office right away she said she was a RN and never showed up to the place 2nd there is another patient that her life was in danger and Authum was saying it was her patience and looking for her trying to put her back in danger when she was never her patience this company is really bad that's why I quit I don't like company that only cares about money not there patience.

Thank you for your inpput, however, the client you are referring to did not belong to Comfort Home Care and was never a client. We never recieved any phone calls from anyone stating they were referred by you or that they needed any services immediately as our phones are answered 24 hours a day.
You involved yourself in a situation outside of company time and created a problem for yourself and the agency, as you were identified as a Comfort Home Care employee. As a caregiver, it is your duty as a mandated reported to call Elder abuse and report your findings which you did not. As far as being involved with this client we as an agency NEVER participated in the care of said client or clients.
Our agency goes above and beyond to care for our clients that have chosen Comfort Home Care as their provider. You chose to leave the company because of the involvement in this situation that you created, and were unable to verify, and could not provide any police documentation or Elder services paperwork to substantiate your claim when you were asked to validate what really happened.
You were a great PCA and we wish you all the best in your private group home business and hope that you and your family stay well.

Comfort Homecare was a saving grace for my family. My parents came to live with me during the pandemic and my dad needs a lot of care. Autumn and Sandra took care of assigning a care giver to my family. Natalya was amazing! She handled every situation with grace and was a dream to work with. My dad felt like he was at a spa and was always treated with dignity and respect. I cannot express how much their help has meant to me and my family.
