We were not impressed. The man who we spoke to did not know answers to a lot of our questions we were asking in regards to our mom and the care the doctors wanted her to have. I know it is a new franchise and he is new to the field of healthcare but he seemed really inexperienced and seemed annoyed we were asking questions. Thankfully we did our homework and found another aide company.
