If I could write this service zero stars I would. Could not be more disappointed with the work the Colt cleaning crew performed on our new home.

To start, I think it's important to note that the house was completely empty. My wife and I wanted it cleaned before we chose to move in.

After booking their moving services, I was contacted by a representative from their cleaning crew offering to send a crew into the house to clean it before everything was moved in. On the phone, I spoke with a representative named Aspen and while on that call she alluded to specific services including carpet cleaning, shampooing, window cleaning, appliance cleaning, etc.

Come to find when the cleaning crew showed up this morning, carpet cleaning and specifically shampooing is a completely other division that is a part of the Colt cleaning department (separate charge as well).

The cleaning crew was at our house for a total of five hours. Three crewmembers, cleaning a completely empty house for five hours and these were the results we found.

-windows looked untouched. (See pictures)
-floors in main level didn't appear to be swept.
-entire level of home (basement) not vacuumed.

To be totally transparent, I'm not typically one to leave negative reviews, but when taking into consideration everything that's transpired with the situation, it's hard not to feel totally ripped off. Don't say you weren't warned, I would recommend looking elsewhere for cleaning services.

Do not waste your money on Colt Cleaners! We paid them a lot of money to do a move-out cleaning in our rental, but unfortunately didn't get our money's worth. We left them a list of items that needed to be cleaned. The team of 3 cleaners were at the home for 6 hours, and when we went back a few days later, it looked like they had never been there. We contacted the owner to let her know how dissatisfied we were, and she was very apologetic and said all the right things about how she wanted to make it right. She and 2 other cleaners went back to do a re-clean (again we gave them a checklist), but they left many things untouched, such as dirt and dust on the baseboards, soap scum in the showers.
