My husband was a patient there for 8 days from November 28, 2016-December 5, 2016. This is not a rehabilitation facility it is a LTC facility for Medicaid patients. I absolutely would not recommend this facility - the director of social work and Nursing administrator lacked professionalism and knowledge. My husband's best interests were not the priority. The only positive many of the caregivers had been there for a long time. From my perspective a sketchy and scary place.
