Services Offered:
Non-Medical, Companionship &socialization: stop by for occasional visits, take out to breakfast or lunch; visit senior center or attend community events. Exercise: Go for walks, assist with exercise activities; drive to PT or pool Transportation and errands: drive to appointments, visit friends, do grocery shopping, pick up prescriptions, etc. Meals & light housekeeping: prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner, in the comfort of your home; make beds, do laundry, dust, etc. Medical: Medications: set-up reminders, check intake, help with ordering Daily Tasks: catheter care, tube feeding, wound care - by a licensed nurse practitioner.
