Bad Service? You tell me.

So we have our drapes picked up to be cleaned then returned and hung. The installers return with the drapes earlier than anticipated which wasn't an issue but begin to give my 80+ year old mother a bad time. Once inside the installers are unhappy because no one told them that the drapes were hung higher than normal. Seems odd since Coit picked them up. Bringing only a short ladder they tell mom we have an issue. Mom pointed out that there was a ladder in the garage which they declined. She calls me in a panic for help and I tell them to grab the ladder use it but be careful.

Next they have an issue because not only were they unprepared for the height of the drapes but now they don't know which way to hang them? Luckily mom showed the installers how to hang them properly.

So you tell me, is this bad service? Or is it the standard?

Well, we will never use Coit again and will continue to spread our story. I wonder if they would have acted that way if I was home?

Lastly, as I write this I find out that the installers talked to my wife and gave her static..... WOW!
