We were told a crew would get to our home at 6:30, but they didn't arrive until 8:30. The job was done poorly and they left streaks all across my kitchen floor. It looked better after I mopped it myself! We were also missing a piece of personal property after the cleaners left. When we brought it up to management they were very unprofessional and combative! We were told they would come Back out to the property to meet us to file a police report but it would be a $50 charge. She was very uncooperative and ended our conversation with a threat. We were also told the charge would be $178 plus tax but $216 was taken out of our account. I would never recommend this company even if they were offering their services for free! Horrible experience!

Despite what others says tia and team are great very organized and timely a listen to what a customer has to say then they make it a priority to make sure there are 100% happy and if any problems I was instructed to call they would fix any even though I did not experience any problems they were very friendly and outgoing young women
