HORRIBLE....gave instructions to owner on how I wanted pet cut was told no problem . Upon return payment was requested 1st without even seeing pet, when I asked for pet I was shocked they completely did everything against what asked when speaking to owner my pet was gaped from head to tail, and the owner reeked of cigarette smoke! DO NOT RECOMMEND, too bad I can't give a negative 6 I would.....
