I was less than impressed with this cleaning service. We used them for the first time today. There were several issues that arose.
1. I received an email from the owner the day before asking if we had a vacuum. I told her yes but that I was not sure about having bags for it. They claim to bring their supplies with them so I was not sure why that would be a question anyway. (They showed up without a vacuum).
2. They were due to arrive at 9:30. At 9:22, I get a text that they are in traffic and will be here by 9:45. They got here at 10:00. Traffic is not new to anyone in the DC area. They should plan accordingly especially when it is the first service with a new client.
3. The cleaning itself was okay on the surface though we've had better.
4. I specifically told them when they came over for the estimate that one of my issues with my past cleaning lady was that she would break things. So what do they do....run over the cord for the baby monitor during their initial visit.
5. I though they ladies that came were very nice but when providing a service to someone paying you, they were not good. Unfortunately, it's hard to find a 2-3 person cleaning team unless you go with one of the big companies. I like the smaller companies typically because normally you do get better service. Just not from this company.
