Just focusing on their cleaning efforts alone, I would rate it a C at best. My parents hired this company and it looked like no one even wiped down a counter. Forget the fact they folded the towels a fancy way, that's not good enough for a "professional" cleaning job. Speaking of professional, starting with the lady who was apparently "the best they had," she was slamming doors, rambling through everything and not taking care of anything in my parents house. It sounded like a bull in a china closet. The way she was treating their house and furniture, something was bound to happen, and sure enough, it did!!! She somehow BARRELED through a custom mahogany made gate that was on the stairs. There was a lot of back and forth with the very disrespectful owner Veronica. Long story short, Veronica originally took responsibility for what happened and then switched to saying it was my parents fault and saying the gate was poorly made and would've come apart anyway!! In the end, Veronica not only refused to pay for damage but refused to respond when we kindly reached out asking for payment.

Cannot give this company a low enough rating. Don't waste your time with this company, it will leave you with a headache and a messy house.

We hired this company because I am a mom of 4 kids and really needed the extra help around the house! I am truly amazed about how clean they made my home! They really do clean things you don't even think of to clean. The ladies were so nice and I liked how they are vaccinated. I signed up for a bi weekly because I was so impressed!
