Wow! Excellent service; this company is passionate about cleaning. My home & business is serviced every 2 weeks. I am impressed with the level of professionalism; the fact they send me a reminder letter every month and the owners personally call you to ensure your expectations are being met.
Lastly, I love that this company supports their community & charities not only monetarily; but with volunteerism.

Company Rebuttal to negative Customer Review: Amy A. dated 04.07.2015:
Unfortunately, on 4.07.2015 our business received a less-than-stellar review from a Care.com member that appears to have unrealistic expectations; a historical pattern of making false claims on care.com members; in the attempt to avoid paying for the services rendered.
As the owners of Cleaning From The Heart, we can assure you that we not only communicate verbally our pricing structure; but we also have clearly identified on our website our pricing. In review of the market share statistics for the regions that we cover; our pricing falls well within the median.
[In this case situation to assume that a 4700 square foot home requesting an initial deep cleaning at the cost of $100.00 clearly is unrealistic.]
After contacting the management team at Care.com today; I was advised that unfortunately their company does not have the functionality to screen or validate these type of complaints before a customer enters a response.
It appears this is a future functionality.
With that being said we want our potential customers to know that professionalism; integrity; and customer service satisfaction are three main core values to our company. We are a transparent, full disclosure company that values customer satisfaction. We conduct face-to-face estimates with our potential customers; provide customers in writing the terms of the agreement; in order to avoid problematic issues as stated. Unfortunately, in a world we live in today; there are many dishonest individuals; and no person or company is immune to the risk of being schemed.
In closing, we are passionate about our business. As you can see from our other positive customer reviews on this site; as well as Thumbtack Services; offers you an HONEST OPINION of the type of service that our company offers!

What type of business is run this way? They responded to my ad for a cleaning person and Joel gave me a price over the phone for $30 per hour with a time window of 3-4 hrs. This was within my budget and decided to try them out. Well, they came today and cleaned for 3.5 and proceeded to tell me I owed them $310 dollars because they had 3 people cleaning for a total of 10.5 hrs. I WAS IN SHOCK!!!!!! The most I've ever paid was $100 dollars. I told them that was not what I was told over the phone and would not be paying any more. You can't change things after the fact, that's not how it works. They are now telling me I must make a wise choice and pay the full amount or they will turn me over to collections. They also made a number of false accusations in their text claiming that I reviewed their pricing and polices on their website, etc when I didn't even know they had one!! I contacted our attorney and will stand my ground on this one. This is just crazy and I don't know how these people sleep at night! Beware of this company!!! I should have gone with my gut when it took them so long to even get to me to clean. The first time I was scheduled, they text me a an hour before and said they weren't able to make it and then it was 2 weeks till I heard back from them. Just be cautious and make sure you get everything in writing!!!!

Having struggled to find a good cleaning service in Maryland; I business colleague said they found a great service on Care.com. I contacted their office; arranged an estimate within the week; and started service with them immediately. My home has been cleaned impeccably. It is clearly apparent that this company has a passion for cleaning and excellent customer service. I read the prior review on this site about contacting customers; I never experienced that problem; in fact I would rather have a company that spends the time & effort to make sure customers are informed & satisfied!
This company makes customers priority & not a number. I highly recommend this professional company!

Ee recently relocated to the area & needed our home cleaned. This was a foreclosure property that was disgusting. I called their office and was impressed with their professionalism & the time spent providing me with thorough details on what they offered and pricing. No surprise costs like other companies. The results were amazing after they were finished. We were so impressed, we now get servicing every 2 weeks. Great company, great service, well worth the investment. I'd recommend anyone using this company.

Being a young professional, I needed a cleaning company that I could trust in my home during my weeks of traveling. I have been using their services for over 2 years and couldn't be any happier. I was so impressed with their services that I employed their services for my aged-parents home. Secondly, when I referred their name to my office colleagues, I received a referral discount! Lastly,and very important, this company offers a percentage of their sales to local community organizations to help the less fortunate.

I find their staff to be professional,honest, & reliable with a great attention to details! Service is always with a smile! What company today actually cleans your floors on their "hands & knees" My home has never looked better! One great additional service is their " Before-During-After" Event/Party Cleaning Services. We've all been there, planning a party and find ourselves exhausted before it even started, let alone after everyone leaves. Cleaning From The Heart saved me time, stress, and allowed me to spend more time with my family & friends. They cleaned the carpets & the house before the party, and cleaned everything up after and even returned the party rental items. Great company, Great Service!
