Satisfied with the cleaning, but difficult to reach. There was a long hiatus when they were dealing with a death in the family, which is understandable, they came back once, then ghosted us. After a few weeks of calls just requesting a callback to see what was going on, we finally were sent a letter saying that because the business is getting busier, they would no longer be able to work for us.
