Clean n Class have exceeded my expectations. I have a lot of respect for their details of cleaning our 3 bedroom home on a biweekly basis.
Okay... Life happens, and if schedules have to be shifted- on rare occasions, it's not a big deal. I too was a business owner and I understand that you can't control everything in your life. It's a house cleaning service and not emergency surgery! Big picture; the quality of the responsible and professional cleaning job that is being provided as an assistance to me. If you think this is a good reliable company... you will be SO disappointed.
This family business has cancelled on me 3 of the 4 times I booked them. Always day of. Always 30mins before they were supposed to arrive.
First time, they said they had food poisoning. Ok. That's forgivable.
Second time, that food poisoning wasn't actually food poisoning, but Covid. At this point I'm annoyed, but how do you argue with Covid?
Third time, they actually came. It was a decent job. Not mind blowing. But hey! They showed up!
Fourth time was today. They cancelled AGAIN 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. This time the excuse was "it's too hot to work". Too hot? It's 78 degrees outside. PLUS I have air conditioning!!! Unreal.
Just THE MOST unprofessional family of "cleaners".
Hire them if you want. But it better be in the dead of winter. Otherwise it'll be way too hot for them.

Trish is excellent! Not only does she do a great job but she is trustworthy. My diamond had fallen out of my ring and she found it, picked it up, and left for me to find.
