Called Lisa last minute about having our two 7 week old kittens stay with her for the day while we were between Airbnb's. When bringing them to her house she asked for our payment and grabbed them and left without asking their names or what care they needed. We immediately thought about just asking for them back because the whole situation felt weird, but we decided to trust her anyway. When we came to pick them up she looked shocked that we were there and told us she had to "wrangle them up". when she handed them back to us they were in the bottom of their carrier with all of their blankets, toys, etc. thrown on top of them to the point that I had to ask if one of them was even in there. Our kittens were not even able to move they were so squished into the corner. We got into the car with them and both immediately got headaches from the strong smell of cigarettes on not only their cat carrier, but also both of the kittens reeked of cigarettes. Had to soak their carrier, their toys, the blankets, and also give both of our kittens baths to try and get rid of the smell that 3 days later is still there. We called Lisa as soon as we noticed this and were hung up on. This happened 3 times. Texted her and no response. if i had received any sort of communication about this matter i would not be here posting this review. Posted pictures of our kittens on not only her business facebook but also her personal. both of our phone numbers on their collars were showing and were never asked for permission. i would never recommend anyone to go to this woman. pay the extra money for someone else or just keep your pets at home. the guilt of letting this woman care for ours was so much more than how we would have felt letting them sit in the car with us.
