Classy Critters is the premiere dog grooming salon in southwest Lake county, offering professional grooming services for all breeds of dogs and cats.

We are dedicated to providing a calm peaceful grooming experience for you and your petrespecting the fact that they are a loved family member. Our stand alone reputation speaks for itself. Markets We Service For over twenty years we have groomed dogs from Lake Zurich, Barrington, Wauconda, Fox River Grove, along with many surrounding communities. Interestingly, during the past number of years business has expanded to include surrounding communities such as Crystal Lake, Palatine, Buffalo Grove and Mundelein. Our clients find that the quality of service is worth the drive. This to us is a compliment of the highest regard. Our History Classy Critters has been in existence in downtown Lake Zurich since the early 1980s. It was originally founded by Connie Riblet who had established a good reputation within the community and with it a ever growing Lake Zurich clientele base. Being a lifelong dog owner/lover, Kathy Lersch decided she would like to pursue a career doing something she loved to do, and that is to work with dogs. So in 1994 Kathy bought Classy Critters from Mrs. Riblet and for a short time worked under her tutelage as she learned the business and expanded her knowledge of grooming. During the ensuing years, Kathy mastered the art of grooming and added additional talent and expanded services as she developed her business. As Classy Critters continued to grow, so did its reputation for quality grooming and a sincere love for dogs.
