About Christian Community Home Care
Christian Community Home Care is an outreach program of St. Thomas/Holy Spirit Lutheran church. We are dedicated to providing services which allow individuals to maintain independence in the comfort of their own home. Companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medicine reminders and transportation are a few of the services we offer.
