My pregnant wife drove over a Hour to get here only to be turned away from her appointment.
1. They do not say anything about not being able to groom anxious dogs. (We took the same dog there before without issue) Apparently they don't keep any records.
2. Any time a question is asked they refer you to the groomer who only communicated via text.
3. Nothing on website or via communication indicates that a nervous dog is an issue ESPECIALLY when they groomed her before. The muzzle is a precaution.
4. The address on the website is incorrect & no information on their website regarding the above.
Finally they were extremely rude as my wife was absolutely hysterically crying in the lobby. No one could explain why she couldn't wait, because it would be "45 min" despite a 3pm appt (10 min late due to bad address)...

Miss Connie has been our groomer for several years. She has groomed our two fur kids and visitors who have stayed with us for extended period of time. She is knowledgeable, caring and our fur kids LOVE her!!
