This company has a policy which dictates they dismiss highly qualified candidates who live near Chicago based on the candidates address. They will ignore a persons excellent work history, experience and credentials because they don't understand or approve of the community they live in. This feels like a form of discrimination and is a poor business practice.

I don't know anything about this company other than the fact that they are making my individual Care.com profile look awful. This company messages me constantly with job offers (which I have no evidence that these jobs actually exist) and I attempt to respond, but cannot, which lowers my overall response rate and makes me look less appealing towards potential families. Care.com has done nothing about this (blocking companies from messaging me) and I am very close to deleting my profile because it's such a poorly run site. I can't message this company directly, and have had no luck with customer service, so this is my plea: please stop messaging me. I have no way of contacting you. Please stop messaging me. I didn't want to make your rating go down by my one opinion so I gave you 4 stars out of good sportsmanship. Please stop messaging me!!
