I always had good experiences with the associate veterinarians. However, a new associate would care my dog every year, reflecting constant turnover of the medical staff. When I asked about a treatment, previously provided by 2 associates vets, of the owner of the practice, he told me that I treat the pets, not the owners. I paid my bill, asked for my dog's records, and found a true medical home for my dog.
