Before I start, I would like to preface this review by saying that my standards when it comes to cleanliness, cleaning and professionalism when having someone do work of any kind within my home are extremely high so anyone who is taking the time to read this should understand what type of expectations I have overall.

That said, my experience with both Celia and Nancy to date has been exceptional. Their attention to detail, cleaning process and finished product are by far superior to anyone I have ever worked with. Not only are they meticulous, but more than anything they truly care about the type of work that they are doing and always go over above and beyond to ensure that our home is perfect and that we are happy.

They are incredibly responsive and pricing is fair and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning services.

Celia is a great housecleaner. She is reliable, trustworthy, and friendly. She is very diligent with the way she cleans and pays attention to details. She has been helping us keep up our house for one year and we are very pleased with the results. Celia is very flexible with scheduling and accommodates our requests about which products to use. Sometimes when the weather is bad, I have been stuck in the house with our baby when Celia is scheduled to clean and she is really nice and very flexible about working around us so that we can all be in the house at the same time. When I met Celia to get a quote on my home, she was very nice and seemed to know her job. I told her I needed a housekeeper every 2 weeks on Mondays ONLY since that was my day off. (and although I read her reviews, I wasn't ready to give a stranger total access to my home and without being insured!!!) She agreed and we set up a visit for a deep cleaning. Although I clean every week, I wanted to start with deep cleaning 1st time around and then general cleaning every 2 weeks after that. After her 1st visit the house looked and smelled clean, but I wasn't completely satisfied and let Celia know that the doors frames, bathroom vents, and baseboards weren't cleaned. Those were things I expected to be done since it was a deep cleaning and we were paying alot of money to have it done!!! I politely asked her to add those to the list next visit. Next visit just vents seemed to be cleaned. I wanted to let her go after that, but decided to give her "a chance". Honestly, it didn't get any better. There was always something I wasn't happy with...and I wasn't being super picky because if that was the case I would've stopped her services not only after telling her about the deep cleaning, but when a few small things got broke, a small table got a very visible dent on it, all furniture was moved and not put back, things were moved around and put back in different spots, and she lost her keys in my home suggesting my toddler got them...4 days later I found them on a high shelf above the fireplace...where she left them, but the last straw for me was the inconsistency with my schedule. I was usually having to change the day or time because she had other clients on "my day" and she would be running late or she couldn't make it. I had enough of working around her schedule when it should have been the other way around. After she tried to reschedule a visit once again, I kindly let her know I no longer wanted her services and I'd be looking for another housekeeper. Never heard from her again! After I send this I won't look to see if she responded because it doesn't matter. She offered a service, I wasn't satisfied and I moved on. I'm not trying to make her or her 2 cleaning people look bad. I'm just telling the truth so others can be informed.

Celia's Cleaning Team are professional, extremely reliable & highly skilled. I have two dogs & two babies and our house is always immaculate & organized after every visit. They are so friendly, love dogs & kids making it extremely comfortable to be home while they work. They are very efficient and thoroughly clean our entire house in a timely manner. "Flabbergasted!" Can I just say Celia went way above my expectations! We just had most of our first floor renovated and there was dust everywhere! All over our belongings! I have a 6 month old and a three year old and I thought there was no way we could move back into our home with all the dust. I was so overwhelmed by the work that needed to be done that I didn't even know where to start. I thought Celia wouldn't be able to handle it and I understood that. Celia has been cleaning our home for the past 8 years consistently every other week. She is trustworthy and honest- we trust her to come clean while we are not at home. In addition, the house seems to come alive when Celia is through- carpets, floors, bathrooms are spotless, beds are made, towels folded. If you have any pets, Celia is very comfortable and capable of cleaning after pets (fur, dander, etc.). Plus she loves animals (we have a chocolate lab).
