Threatening. A visit to my kids in the dark.

I called Nicolas, the supervisor, after the service to let him know one of the cleaners used Dawn Powerwash (dish soaking cleaner) on my cherry wood stained cabinets and a pumice stone on my stainless steel sink.

To be very clear- I did not ask to be refunded money. I did not ask for them to fix anything in my house.

He asked if he could come look at the sink, I said yes. He said he was too busy that morning and I had stuff in the afternoon so he asked me to take pictures of my sink. I did. He said he wanted to make it right and would get back to me.

After dark Saturday evening, unannounced the other lady who had cleaned my house and was in the bathroom the entire time and did not witness any of the Powerwash or pumice stone cleaning showed up to my house angry.

My kids were home alone. She asked if I was home and they said no. Then she said well I need to come into your house and take pictures. They let her into the house.

They called me scared and said the lady was really mad.

I called and wrote the supervisor immediately. No answer. I was not with my kids. I did not know if they had fired her and she was wanting to retaliate or what was going on. I had no notice that she was coming.

The supervisor called me 2 days later and said he had sent her to my house. I said we did not talk about you sending someone. My kids were alone and she was mad. Why would you do that? I said she should not have come into my house when I was not there. Especially angry in the dark.

Then he says that he had the cleaning lady record the conversation with my kids and they were not notified they were recording. WHAT? I asked for a copy and he would not provide me a copy.

He didn't seem to understand what the problem was and said he was trying to find a "democratic solution".

Solution? I wasn't seeking a solution. I was trying to inform him that he should teach his cleaners better ways to clean.

Their response was to threaten my kids.

Democratic?

Terrible company. Does not do what is promised. Don't wast your money here.
