This was the worst mistake of my life working here. The director CALVIN is a prick. He is condescending ignorant and doesn't know how to talk to people. I am so happy I leveled up and no longer work there. Their aids are over worked and underpaid. And he treats them as slaves. This company should be shut down immediately

i been working here for 3 year ...whole Company is a scam you never meet none of the Employer .CALVIN the Director is a fast talker .they don't provide you with masks or gloves .they never have nobody to cover for you if you need to call off. they left a client for 3 days without a aide

I've been working for Caring Matters since 2012 and it's been wonderful. The staff is caring and makes sure our schedule is secured.
Those that can't last is when they don't want to follow the agency's policy such as clocking in and out which is obvious thing to do. Can't get ppds and backgrounds, what else, oh getting timesheets signed by the client.
These are all relevant to comply with the state which is not a problem.
So anyone looking for care or to give care, don't look anywhere else but Caring Matters Home Care in Berwyn!

If I could give them a zero, I would. We do not recommend this organization. The care is inconsistent. Leadership is awful.
