I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how much I appreciate everything about Caring Heart. Their staff are very helpful off and on hours, they recommended Sharon as our caregiver and we're delighted when we met her and how she get things done especially how she copes up with our grandfather (a guy who is not easy to deal with) we finally found a good caregiver for him. We had some problems with other agencies because of my grandfathers attitude issues but then this agency helped us find the right caregiver for him. My family, grandfather and myself are very thankful for their service.

I've been to some agencies that provided my mother's need but I am impressed on how the staff of Caring Heart Home Care handled and fixed our schedule situation and I would say their caregivers were professional on what they're doing and made sure that my mother gets the care that she needs, we feel very comfortable having this service for my mother as our long time care provider. I would want to spread my review because I want to encourage families that are having the same problem as I am, that looking for the right care provider is important and this is the agency that I highly recommend for families to trust.

My grandmother was in need of care and I asked my friend for a good care provider and he recommended me Caring Heart Home Care which is his mother's care provider and choosing this agency is one of the best decision I made. My grandmother has Alzheimer/Dementia disease which is very challenging and a sensitive situation for our family and the caregivers showed how they care for my grandmother's situation that's why we treated them like our own.

I highly recommend Caring Heart Home Care. All of their Care givers are kind, compassionate, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. They come to work with one goal in mind to give the best assistance to their patient. They make sure the patient is comfortable and well taken care of. They become like an extension of the family. This was the best choice we made to help care for our mother and her recovery from surgery.

I want to take this moment to thank Caring Heart Home Care and the entire staff for the excellent care they have provided for my Aunt and Uncle over the past year and a half who are living in Cerritos, CA. I really appreciate all the personal attention they have given to them. The staff has done a fantastic job of caring for them, keeping the house very clean, preparing their meals, and administering their medications. I truly appreciate everyone's effort. It is nice to know that I am constantly updated of their situation and I know that they are being well cared for, as I am such a long distance away.
