This Home Care is not reliable. The care givers don't show up and there is no way for the customer to get in touch with anyone to replace the care giver. You can call and leave a message and they will not return your call.

I truly apologize for the poor service that occurred on your case. I truly felt just terrible about the caregiver not showing up. I have no excuses to make by the situation all I can do is to try to rid my company from staff that commit to something and then do the exact opposite. I am terribly sorry.
