Horrible cleaning service. DO NOT USE ! Charged me $50/hr. Did not vacuum- did not clean the bathrooms, did not clean the floors. Hired him to clean while I was out of town, took me three days to clean my house when I returned. I wish I could post the pictures- DISGUSTING!

Dawn and Darnell did an amazing clean job on our apartment, it was a move out clean and no easy feat - they stayed until the place sparkled and when we went to check it out a few days later I was blown away. We instantly loved them when we met them for the estimate, which was very reasonable. We later heard that our walls didn't need to be cleaned, and they reduced the estimate further, which made them the best option for a move out clean. I'm so glad we went with them because they went above and beyond. We now want them to start more regular cleanings of our current home because they were just that great.

Dawn and Donnell are an excellent team. They took care of our home for about 2 and half years while we were in Richmond. They were always flexible when we needed a cleaning at a short notice. We had a full service of cleaning, folding and putting the clothes away as well as doing dishes.
They always made sure we were happy with their work and were open to feedback. We'll definitely itely use their services again if we were to move back.

Burrell's Services have been cleaning my home for 3 years and have always kept my home cleaner than clean. I work a lot so its hard for me to clean like I want but ever since I have had the Burrell Team come in I have forgotten what its like to even have to clean. I just maintain!! Over the years they have become more like family. They are very dependable,trustworthy, and helpful. They also have helped with my pets and running errands. Whenever I need them they are there!!

My wife and I have been using Burrell's Cleaning service for close to 2 years. They have always been prompt and professional since day one. They even have been able to fit us into their schedule last minute multiple times. We have enjoyed their services so much and gotten to know the owners over the last couple years so well that we now consider them family. I would recommend them to anyone we know.
