Additional charges will apply for de-matting. Any dematting that takes longer than 15 minutes will incur an additional cost of $15.00 per 15 minutes. A maximum of 30 minutes de-matting is all that we will attempt. At that point, pet will be shaved down. This policy is in effect for the comfort of your pet.
