I'm so happy to have such a good groomer (Damian) for my 3 long hair Dachshund Lucie Harley and Gigi.
He's always on time at 7am and super gentle with my 3 adorable a babies.
Grooming in front the house is no stress for me.
FYI Price is comparable to the previous Grooming shop I was going to.

The groomers disrupt your daily schedule as they are constantly late...........my dogs are always ending up with small cuts as they obviously are not properly trained coupled with the pressure they are under by being overbooked by the greedy company but then the groomers don't even have the decency to tell you they cut the poor dog so you are aware and therefore can make sure it doesn't get infected...and last but not least they have now implemented a policy that charges you a 50% cancellation fee if you don't cancel within 48 hours but they are allowed to be late consistently and butcher your dogs with no consequences. The person who answers the phone is as sweet as pie when you're booking and appointment but rude and discourteous if you're attempting to lodge a complaint of any kind....that's if they bother to answer the phone....and if you leave a message, don't hold your breath waiting for them to return your call.....unless it's to make an appointment of course......DO NOT USE THIS GROOMING COMPANY.......

We recently had our 2 cats and yorkie groomed with them and they did a fantastic job. From beginning to the end of the groom, they were professional and helpful. The office staff was great and our Groomer was amazing as well. Thank you again, we will be using them from now on.
