BrightStar is a 10-year old National healthcare company providing home care to people of all ages in the comfort of their own residence, including at independent and assisted living facilities. All care is overseen by a Registered Nurse (RN), and all caregivers have specialized training in a variety of chronic conditions including Alzheimer's and Dementia, CHF, COPD, Pneumonia, and Diabetes among others. Our RN provides an initial health assessment and develops a 5-point plan of care which is reviewed periodically to ensure that the highest quality of care is being provided -- all at no additional cost to you. We require no minimum hours of service, and are available 24/7. We can provide hourly care or live-in care, depending on your needs -- anything from companionship, errands, transportation and escorts to doctors appointments, to help with all activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, personal hygiene and toileting, meal preparation and feeding, medication reminders, fall prevention, and even light housekeeping and laundry assistance.
