I am the Executive Director at Independence Village. I was introduced to Bridge water in Feb. 2016. Although Birdgewater Senior Home Care is not a staffing agency, I reached out to the owner. Our company recently went from 12 hour shifts to 8 hour shifts and we needed staffing support during this transition! The owner Molly and her staff were well trained, accountable, hardworking and extremely team oriented. The team came into our building seamlessly. We are now fully transitioned to the 8 hour shifts at Independence and no longer need the services. In the future, if there is ever a need to utilize staffing support, Bridgewater will only be a phone call away.
