If I could give this place no stars, I would. A few weeks ago, when I picked my dog up from their daycare, she was limping and avoiding using one of her back legs. The staff claimed they didn't know what happened, but when I dropped her off in the morning, she was perfectly fine. The vet discovered that she had dislocated her kneecap. I demanded an investigation and Bow Wow found footage of her that showed that she had fallen off one of their rocks. Yet somehow no one saw it happen or noticed it until I picked her up, nor did they call me to alert me that there was an issue. They claimed that they were not at fault and have refused to settle the situation in an appropriate manner. The staff was negligent in their duties to take care of my dog, yet they refuse to take responsibility.

If you don't want your dog to get hurt, don't take them here.
