TOOK NEW SMALL DOG TO THEIR STORE.
COLD - I FELT THEY WERE "EXCESSIVE" PROFESSIONAL. -WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO VIEW BEHIND THE DOOR - AT THE OPERATION. WAS LATE WITH THE DOG'S PICK-UP TIME.
