Very professional and on time. The two ladies were very friendly. I usually stress trying to get things ready for when the family comes in. This year I was able to actually enjoy more time with my family then stressing about cleaning. I was going to have a one time cleaning but you can't beat the prices for the package deal. I highly recommend them!!!!!!
